Thank you for shopping MRose! We hope and expect that you love your purchase and can’t bear to part with it. But, we understand sometimes things need to go back and most important—we want you to be happy!  So, on the off chance you need to return merchandise, please see below for our return policy, broken down by category. 

MRose monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at MRose’s discretion.

Bag Collection: You have 21 days from order date to make a return. To be eligible for a return, all bags must be unused and in the same condition as received. 

Face Masks: All masks are final sale due to their hygienic nature and no returns or exchanges will be granted.

Fragrance: We hope that you love our very first MRose fragrance. We regrettably cannot offer any returns at this time. In the event that your bottle arrives damaged, we will gladly issue you a credit. We ask that you please recycle and dispose of the bottle safely.

MRose Fashion Corp is in no way liable should any irritation or otherwise occur. Discontinue use if skin irritation or rash appears. Not for internal use or ingestion. 

Postcards: Once opened, they are not returnable. Sorry.

Your refund will be made in the form of original payment method. We regret that shipping costs are not refundable.
